Once you make a reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation in our reservation system. We do not have a policy of overbooking and guarantee your reservation.

Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly. This is why we apply the following cancellation policy: 

• Cancellation within 2 days of arrival will incur a 100% room rate charge
• No shows will incur a 100% room rate charge
