• Dunstan House Cancellation Policy

Once you make a reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation in our reservation system. We do not have a policy of overbooking and guarantee your reservation.

Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly. This is why we apply the following cancellation policy: 

• Cancellation within 2 days of arrival will incur a 100% room rate charge
• No shows will incur a 100% room rate charge
  

• As the safety protocols around the pandemic shift and
  change, so do our policies regarding cancellations due to illness, or other factors.

  If you, or a member of your party come down with Covid-19 we
  are happy to provide one free date change so your vacation can still happen.
  Otherwise, if you are cancelling within the allotted time, you will be charged
  accordingly.
